## What is this app for? [#what-is-this-app-for]

Track every transaction across your accounts, plan spending with monthly envelopes (budgets), keep tabs on money you owe or that's owed to you (IOUs), and review where your money goes with insights and trends.

## Three-minute setup [#three-minute-setup]

1. Open **Settings → Accounts** and add your real-world accounts (bank, cash, credit card).
2. In **Settings → Categories & Envelopes**, add a few categories grouped by purpose (e.g. *Living*, *Fun*, *Transport*).
3. Tap the big **+** button to add your first transaction.
4. Visit the **Dashboard** to see your balances, budget status and recent activity.

## How do I switch language or theme? [#how-do-i-switch-language-or-theme]

Click your avatar in the top-right (desktop) or open **More → Settings** on mobile. Theme and language live in the avatar menu.
